The following are our terms and conditions of trade.

Account types

Online / Retail:

To purchase via our on line store you need to register your details with us, this allows us to ensure we have appropriate means of contacting you with regards your transactions.

Trade:

For those who wish to set up trade accounts with us, you must make an application via the Trade account application form, once we have received your completed application we will post you a registration number which you must acknowledge as per instructions provided, this will verify your address and we will confirm your account.

Trade account owners must not change  it\'s company name, address or contact details, without giving  AWS 30 days written notice.

Privacy Policy

When you communicate or conduct a transaction via this web site, you supply us with personal information.  Your privacy is important to us and therefore your information and contact details are only used for the purpose for which you supplied them.  We will not share, sell or pass this information onto other third parties, except where legislation requires.

For cheque or bank transfer payments, your order will be dispatched once payment has been cleared or verified.

Trade customers payment is required by 20th of the month following invoice.

Ownership of the goods does not pass until payment is received in full.

Returns Policy

Aluminium Window Services Ltd will only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery.
  • Goods supplied incorrectly.
  • Goods failing to meet any applicable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Goods that vary from their description on the website.

For returns please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your order number, name, address, email address, contact phone number, and reason for return. You will be notified by email when your return is received. Please allow 28 days for resolve of your return.
